Design

Think about the Bespoke conservatory design you would like for your home, then discuss your ideas with us. Bring some rough measurements or maybe a photograph of your home and garden to our Galashiels Showroom. We will then draw up the plans on our computer, showing you how it will look from every angle - as part of our free design and quotation service.

Survey

One of our expert surveyors will then visit your home to take detailed measurements and confirm the position of the french doors, patio door or bi-folding doors and opening windows to your Bespoke conservatory. If you do need planning permission, we can sort it out with the local authority in the Scottish Borders, Edinburgh and the Lothians.

Installation

Unlike many other companies, Mitchell Glass will handle everything, from digging the foundations, forming the base and building the dwarf wall, to erecting the frames, roof and fitting the glass. We precisely schedule each step so you know exactly who is arriving and when.

Build Process

Adding an Bespoke conservatory is far less disruptive than a typical home extension. In fact hundreds of letters from satisfied customers testify to how stress-free the experience is we offer. Finishing

We will plaster the internal walls, lay the floor with ceramic tiles or flooring of your choice and install the electric sockets and lighting if requested. If you have ordered a ceiling fan, we will fit it. We even clean up afterwards. When all the jobs are done, we may ask you to fill in a questionnaire, just to make sure you’re totally happy.
