We are approved installers of
Pilkington Activ™
- the world's first self-cleaning glass. This is very useful in
conservatory roofs and the difference can be seen at our showsite at
Currie Road, Galashiels, in the Scottish Borders. A "photocatalytic" coating on the glass reacts with sunlight to break down organic dirt, then the rain spreads evenly over the "hydrophilic" surface and runs off the glass taking the dirt with it. |
