After your initial consultation, we can produce 3d visualisation drawings to give you an idea of how your finished sunroom will look on your home. From this we can produce full specification details and costings.
Once you have decided on the finished design, we take care of all planning consents and building warrant approvals with your Local Authority. All the technical drawings are produced by our in-house Architectural Technician and a copy will be presented to you before commencement.
