SURVEYING
Any installation begins with an accurate survey. Our surveyors will always check the finer details of your property to ensure that the design and build is suitable to go ahead. Exact measurements will be documented and provided for manufacturer, so that everything is the perfect fit – to the millimetre.
As well as determining that any structural openings and its surroundings are in good condition, the surveyor will also check your proposed plans are appropriate for your property.
CARE & ATTENTION
To protect your home during the installation process, we will lay dust sheets and help you move any valuables away from working areas.
We take pride in leaving your home as we found it. Once the work is completed, we’ll always clean up after ourselves and remove any debris before we consider it a job well done.
FITTING
Your existing frames, along with any old sealant and debris on your brickwork, will be removed and recycled.
Once the area has been carefully prepared, your new frames will be placed into position before being secured by our expert installers.
GLAZING
When ready, your glazed units will be fitted before beading is tapped into place. If required, any trims will also be measured and installed.
At this stage, both frame and glass will be thoroughly cleaned to remove any residual dirt before a layer of sealant is applied between the frame and wall.
EXPERT FINISH
To finish, we’ll clean the external surfaces and apply a smooth beat of silicone between the frame and the brickwork. This ensures a neat appearance and, importantly, a water-tight finish.
Once that has been completed and all the old materials removed, you can stand back and admire your beautiful, newly installed windows.
