So, at the conclusion of each project we kindly ask our customers to fill in a short customer satisfaction survey which allows them to detail their opinions on their experience and rate our performance. The feedback given then allows us to assess which areas we’re excelling in and if there are any aspects of the business that could be improved. It’s always fantastic for the team to get top marks but little did we expect a recent customer to introduce a brand new category of ‘10+’ and give us beyond top marks across the board. They chose Mitchell Glass after we were recommended to them and they have similarly stated that they would recommend us to other people following the installation, whilst also putting some very generous comments. It put a big smile on everyone’s faces and left morale sky-high. Word must be getting round as our fitters are currently out in all weathers making sure our customers have their conservatories complete before Christmas and new cosy windows and stylish front doors to welcome in the New Year. We really are finishing off the year with a bang – it has been our best year ever and we already have plenty work on the books for the first few months of 2016.
